Dynamic migration of oracle tables between different schemas

Hello there

currently i am making a talend job to dynamically migrate the data of tables from HR schema in oracle db to anotother schema

i am using Talend open studio for data integration the problem i face related to the schema of the data in the output. here is the job i desinged

here is the problem , the data in target has only one col (dynamic_field) and all the data for each row in this col i don't know how can i handle the dynamic schema for each table as this feature is not in talend open studio , is there any idea that can help me
