Error Trying to Preview Files in Studio

I'm getting the following error when trying to preview a delimited file in Studio(same issue happens with JSON files).  All the settings for the file format are correct.  Version is 7.2 and I've already tried re installing Studio.

Any idea how to fix this?

Note: Preview errors are generally due to a wrong encoding setting.

Please provides the following information, it will help us to more easily evaluate your issue:
- Operating System, for example, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (64bit)
- Version of Java Platform JDK / JRE in use (for example, ORACLE JDK 1.8.0_161)
- The studio installation path.
