Error from tfileinputexcel & tfileoutputexcel components

Hi,

I am facing issue with tFileInputExcel and tFileOutputExcel components in Talend.

Most of the time , the job runs without having any issue, but sometimes job gets failed giving the below error and on restart the job will run fine.

This job is scheduled for every 30 min.

Hello,

Can you tell from where the input file is read? How did you schedule this job in studio? are you using any script?

What is the Talend version?

We are using Talend Cloud Data Integration  Platform and version is 8.0.1.

For input source, we are using tRest component to fetch data from APIs and after processing, the data is stored in tfileOutputExcel.

In next subjob,we are using tFileInputExcel to read the data and load to tables.

Majority of the times, job will run fine. At some point of time, job gets failed giving the above mentioned error. The error will be coming in either tFileOutputExcel or tFileInputExcel component. There is no issue with the data and the job will run fine if we restart.

We are doing the scheduling from TMC and we are not using any scripts.
