Find the smallest value of a specific column with a key row

I have a column called ref and a column with quantities. Sometimes I have rows that have the same ref but different quantities. I want to be able to get the smaller number from that between the different values. here you can see that I have ref with two different qte_T3, I only want 1

Step 1)  Sort the data based on ref and Qte_T3 ( ascending) 

Step2) tAggregateSortedrow

group by ref

Calculate 

all other columns with function 1st.
