Getting Multiple Columns Data in to one Column

Hello All,

I have a scenario where I have a csv file as my source data and I need to load that in to an Oracle Table.

Below is how my file looks like.

Below is the expected output.

The first three columns in the source file Survey ID, Student, Term are Standard columns in the source but the rest of the columns will change. For example, today there may be three columns for questions and three columns for answers, but the next day the new file may contain more questions and answers.

Please help me on how to achieve this scenario.

You have a similar requirement as showed in this article, but I am sure your situation is more complex, as the number of columns in the source is changing.
