JVM issue

Trying to tun TOS for the first time and tried doing the Tsmgbox from the 1st video. https://www.talend.com/resources/discovering-talend-studio/

Got the attached error. Checked JRE and it points correctly to the installed version. Please advise on how to fix this

This is my java version : Does TOS support this ?

java version "12" 2019-03-19
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 12+33)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 12+33, mixed mode, sharing)

Hi,

    You will have to use Java 8 or 11 for Talend 7.2. Please refer the link below.

Hi,

   The above error message says your Java version was 12. Ideally it should work in both 8 and 11 versions.

    If you are having persistent error for Java 11, could you please create a JIRA Ticket using below link? If you are an enterprise customer, you just have to create a support case.
