New user issue - Could not initialize class org.talend.sdk.component.runtime.reflect.Defaults

Hi,

I'm new to talend Open Studio and just getting started. I'm using Talend Open Studio for Big Data and trying to connect to a local Couchbase installation. When I provide the required connection settings and click on "Check connection". i get the below error:

An internal error occurred during: "Execution in progress...".

I'm using version 7.3.1 and I am running it on a Mac with openjdk 14.0.1

Any help will be appreicated.

I am not sure but may be talend 7.3 doesnot support jdk 14.

Thanks. I downgraded to jdk 11 but still getting the same error 😞

@vageesh p​, can you take a look at this page to see if you are using a supported Operating System for v7.3.1?

Thanks @Shicong Hong​  I am using macOS Catalina 10.15.7 which is a supported model per the documentation
