Hello,
We got the confirmation from our studio expert that deleting directory from github is more sufficient for pure cleanup.
With Studio it needs multiple steps, delete to recycle bin=> physical delete =>commit=>push...... Also Studio will do more background check like item relationship and re-generate technical files.
If what you want is clean up some job without breaking any other jobs (there might be case a job is used as subjob in another job), then use Studio to delete.
