Repository and Built in difference

Hi,
I would like to know the meaning of the options provided when :
click on edit schema whose schema is Repository that time a new pop up window opens with 3 options :
1) View schema read only
2) Change to Built in property
3) Update repository connection
I would like to know what changes take place when i use any of the above options and when can these be used ?

Hi
1. View the schema read only, you can't edit it. It still use the repository schema.
2. Change it to built-in schema, it becomes a 'local's schema, the changes will not expect other components who were using the same repository schema.
3. Update the repository schema, the changes will expect all the components that are using the same repository schema.
Best regards
