I have input file like this.

how can i remove quotation marks in ename field while reading csv file?

No i didn't try with tmap,

i am reading csv file by using tfileinputdelimited how can i set escape char or text enclosure in advanced settings.

You can try with treplace also. in tReplace name the Column,In the search for Keep """ and keep nothing in to be replaced column and try
