TMAP Expression If AND

I read some answers but didn't find my solution. I'm beginer and I'm lost with expresssions.

I have 2 columns, and in TMAP I want a new column with a formula.

I will explain it with an Excel screenshot

All start in row 1 of Chgt Column.

Row 1 Chgt = 1

And row 2 and all below:

If row.Bloc is equals row.Bloc above && row.structure > row.structure above, generate 1, if not, row.chgt above + 1

It helps me with tpivottocolumnsdelimited

Can you specify each column data type which are using to that formula?

Every columns are string

I'm here, trying to learn Java expression 😞

Even this formula wich doesn't work and i don't understand why. I found it in the comunity.

Fichier_DSN.Donnees.substring(Fichier_DSN.StructuressP.indexOf("S20G0005005") + 2)

Why + 2 ? If I write

DSN.Donnees.substring(Fichier_DSN.StructuressP.indexOf("S20G0005005")

it doesn't work

But it' another question, I will post a new message if I don't solve it myself
