TMC - projects and workspaces

All, how are projects assigned to workspaces? Originally I only had one workspace, so all my artifacts between two projects are going to the single workspace. I created another workspace but now I want project A to go to that new workspace I created. If that's not possible I can just create another project but back to the original question, how are projects and workspaces even linked together?

As I seen, it is impossible to create a new workspace from TMC, there is only two workspaces: Personal and Shared. We need to select one workspace when publish the artifact to Cloud from studio.
