Talend Data Mapper - EBCDIC File is not displaying data correctly for Show Document option

Hi Data Mapper Experts,

We have a  cobol copy book as well as the data file for the same. When the same data file is viewed through the DataStage, all the records are getting displayed fine. If we view the same thing in data mapper, it is displaying only the first record correctly. For the remaining records, it is not displaying the column values correctly. Instead of that, it is showing zeros and some garbage characters. I just want to know if anyone else has encountered a similar problem before and if there are any recommendations for a solution.

Cheers!

Found the resolution through talend support team. We had to add an extra field with two character length to enable the capturing of CRLF characters. Settings are shown in the attached screenshot.

Hello,

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are? Screenshots will be helpful for us to address your issue.

Best regards

Sabrina

Hi @xdshi,

We are using talend data integration enterprise v 6.2.1. Screenshots and data view screens are attached.
