Talend Open Studio 7.2 - Workspace connections

Hi, 

is it possible in the Talend Open Studio to create several local workspace connections? 

I found the following approach in the documentation, but in my Talend Open Studio is no "plus" button to create a new local connection

My Open studio looks like this:

I think you can have multiple project but with tos but, you are only on a local workspace. you cannot connect Tac without enterprise version.. because you may not have e free version of tac...
