Can anyone suggest me the link or explain me about "
Detect and update all jobs" options for Toolbar of Talend Open studio.
Its states in help site of talend is :
Searches for all updates available for your Jobs.
But What kind of updates it is searching for my job in talend. Please suggest.

There are some actions like changing context variables or changing settings of meta data which should be send to the jobs. I have seen such changes can be spread to all the related jobs. Actually this should take place when you update such things automatically but it looks like you can also force it again. A real explanation is not available.
