Update Salesforce from Mysql

I have an external Id in Mysql and SF. I did an innerjoin in tMap. What can I do regarding that error:

Exception in component tSalesforceOutput_1 (ContactDetail_Account_InvoiceAddress_innerjoin_tMap)
java.io.IOException: Account ID: id value of incorrect type:

What is the data type of id column? Can you upload a screenshot of tMap.?

I didnt connect the Input Salesforce Account Id with the OutputSalesforce Account Id in tMap. Now its working. Thanks to the Community. I found a lot of usefull things here.
