change salesforce default schema - metadata of talend type

Hi gurus,

i want change the default schema in tsalesforce input component. I want retrieve field always as string 255, how can i accomplish that?

i search in metadata of talend type but i haven't find out the salesforce xml for mapping conversion between salesforce and talend

Change the type after the data is retrieved. It is safer that way.

i suppose it's the best choice ... i searched for an automatic way valid without manual activity but it seems no possible
