data not loading from db table

I have 3 input database tables which is connected to tmap. While running the job, the whole data from main and 1 lookup are loading. And from another lookup only 2 rows are loading. How to get the whole data?

@Shalini M​ , Are you sure the which table is main? I believe you need to make row4 as main and row2 first lookup and row3 second lookup.then you will get the all records from row4 and which all vendor ids.
