When you get this issue can you go to Window--> Show View, then go to Talend--> Problems. This will show all of the issues with the job. This might give you some clues, if it doesn't then post it here so we can see the issues. Show as much as you can.

In addition to that, could you please let us know what's JDK version you are using? Ensure proper version of JDK is installed.
