get value from previous line

Question 1:i need to comapre a value from line n to a value from line n-1 and to get a value from previous line in tmap.

Question 2: can I sort data according to an order that I have specified?

@Khouloud Mtar​ , you need to use mapping variables in tmap to compare the previous row value with current row value.
