how to putting double quotes around all the data fields in a csv file.

I am doing a select on a table from oracle database and placing that in a csv file. i want to put double quotes around all the data fields .

can someone tell me how to do this.

tFileOutputDelimited advanced setting then tick CSV options.

I see two options escape char and text enclosure with the default values as """.

best to create metadata for your file delimited and configure Text enclosure settings as :
