how to start org.eclipse.birt.core.framework.osgi.OSGILauncher

Hi all
Please help me...
Now i am working tBirtOutputExc Component,when i try to run my birt report by using this component i got this Exception 
 org.eclipse.birt.core.framework.osgi.OSGILauncher shutdown
WARNING: Framework is already shutdown
Exception in component tBirtOutputExec_1
org.eclipse.birt.core.exception.BirtException: Cant startup the OSGI framework

Hi,
Did this issue repro on other Talend ESB studios? What's your version of birt-runtime?
