Hi

I used tfileftech to download jpg file from URL, it worked as expected in local but when I deployed it in the prod environment(cloud) and run the job, I see the following error :

 isContinue_tFileFetch_1 an exception on: 

https://www.xyz/abc.jpg

 at java.net.Socket.connect(Socket.java:589)

(https://

www.xyz/abc.jpg this is an example URL, i didn't provide actual one because of security complaints of my company)

Do you use Talend Cloud or Remote engine as runtime engine?

@Sai kumar​ , make sure it is a public URL. I have talked to our R&D team and they suggest to open jira issue on Talend Bugtracker for further investigation. If possible, provide a sample job to reproduce the problem and a complete stack trace.
