query running in big query and talend gives different results

I am running a query in big query and I get around four hundred thousand rows of data. 

But when I run the same query in Talend tBigQueryInput I get millions of rows of data. 

What could be the difference in both ?

Not the same db targe?

Problem in query construction if it is build at runtime?

It is the same database and same query. 

Strange thing is if I choose only 2-3 columns in Talend then I get the same amount of rows. 

But if I choose all the rows that I need ( I choose the same rows in big query console) I get different results.
