tHttpRequest with HEAD method

I'd like to use a "HEAD" method in a simple http request. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible. I am also miss the method OPTIONS.

The only way to do this is currently write a routine using the Apache http client.

I will request a feature update of this component.
