tMap changes the column order

Hi,

tMap changes the column order for the output automatically.

I set the column order, clicked apply button, OK and when I close the job and reopen the job, then the order of output schema is different (newly added columns are on the top instead of my setup).

It's simple job:

CSVSource (schema is OK) --> tMap (output schema is changing automatically all the time) --> tMap (output schema is changing automatically all the time) --> DBInsert (schema is OK)

Ok for the absence of patches for the TOS version. But what about the 7.2.2 version mentionned in the Jira issue? Does it exists somewhere?

Before the 6.4, Talend released revisions of the TOS minors versions, with bug fixes : 6.2.2, 5.6.3

v7.2.2 is not released yet. Please wait for 7.3 GA version which will be available in Feb, 2020.

Hello.
Im using the 7.2 version and this issue has not been fixed

It is not fixed in 7.2. Those using the Enterprise Edition will have access to patches, Open Source users do not and will have to wait until 7.3

Team- do we have any update on this ?

It's a big bug in 7.2.1

1. Any update/Patch for 7.2.2 ? I can see in the comments it will be fixed in v7.2.2, I am using enterprise version already.
2. We are in Feb already when is v7.3 coming ?

3. I can see JIRA are already resolved ? How this can be possible ?

Hi @varun1949, if you are using the Enterprise version, you will have a support contract. You need to raise a support call and they will deal with this. I believe there is a patch, but you have to ask them for it.

Yes,its a Bug in Talend. Even I was giving demo for Talend 7.2. suddenly it changes the column order.
For time being we can use metadata repository to deal with this issue till the time it got fixed from talend.
