tMap error: the output schema/link <schema> has no column defined. Please check it

I am getting the above error.  However when I go into the tMap editor, all columns are mapped.  What could be causing this?

when you look/double click on the tMap, on the right side, you need to specify some columns and map some input columns. Now its just an empty output row.

Drag your input from left to right... or click the + button to add some columns

Thanks for your response Dijke, however, I have done that but I am still getting the message.  I have pasted below a screenshot to show that I have already specified columns on the right
