Hello,
We see that you are using talend subscription solution. Did you install any studio patch?
Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?
Null Pointer Exception is a generic exception it really doesn't tell us much.
Please replicate and provide us support logs (Studio -> Help -> Support Logs -> save the archive to a known location) and the console logs:
- Open your Talend Job.
- Go to the Run tab of the designer.
- Click the 'Advanced Settings'.
- Check the 'log4jlevel' checkbox, Then choose the Trace mode from the drop down.
- Check to use specific JVM argument and add "-Djavax.net.debug=all"
- Now Run your job
- Copy the logs from the run view console to a text file and share them with us.
Best regards
Sabrina
Talend version/edition
I didn't installed any studio patch.
Sorry, since the job is running on AWS ECS, I can't change the setting and show the log...
As the picture shows:
Case 1 : When ① = datalake-stg
② = raw/MA/rapid_design_tel_ta_list/data/MJP/
Run the job , and result is
Case 2 :When ① = datalake-stg
② = /raw/MA/rapid_design_tel_ta_list/data/MJP/
Run the job , I cant get any list from S3( in fact there are files in the folder)
But actually case 1 is right setting. I feel so confused....
Dear xdshi
I upload the log file.
How can I reinstall studio patch ?
Hello,
It seems to be a bug.
With your subscription solution, could you please create a support case on talend support portal? So that our colleagues from support team would give you a remote assistance to see if there is any fixed patch for you through support cycle with priority.
Best regards
Sabrina
