tSalesforceConnection JWT authentication 'audience invalid' error

I get the audience invalid error when trying to connect to Salesforce Sandbox using the Oauth JWT.

I read on the forum that it was related to hardcoded variable in the component. See below;

Is there any patch available for issue? And where can we find it?

The issue occurs in 7.1.1.
Specific: TOS_ESB-20181026_1147-V7.1.1
