Areas are not Dissolving properly

I seem to be having an issue with the Dissolve function of GeoAnalytics. This only recently started happening for me. I have about 10k zip codes that I dissolve into various sub markets, markets, and regions. For some reason they are not all dissolving correctly now. See below where the entire South West MS market remained fractured into the zips.

This is happening sporadically in the different levels of Dissolve I have going on. I tried one level of dissolve and it did nothing. I also added in XPC today in the location suffix and it didn't help. Any ideas on what is happening here?

Any Ideas? Is this a known issue right now? An update on my side is the particular "Market" above started working, but others that were good are not now!

I would first do NamedAreaLookup and only dissolve zips that have a match.

Dissolve is sensitive to errors in the in data.

Just as randomly as this issue came up it has went away... All is working correctly again.
