Can Qlik Sense show Geometry data value in table and Data Model Viewer ?

I can see the data value in SQL but not in Qlik Sense. Is there a setting I can display the value please?

I'm not sure the data is hidden or lost - I can't display it on map, maybe something is wrong with the format, maybe the data is not loaded into Qlik at all

No, not as WKB, convert it to WKT to see the data using .STAsText ( )
