Installation requires a valid SSL certificate, ip address won't work.

Thanks,

Patric

Hi Patric, thanks for your response.

One more thing, do Geoanlytics server require internet connection especially to apply license? Our server doesn't have internet connection.

Hi,

following this thread, because I'm having the same issue.
My GA Server is internal ad has a name like GAServer.domain.local

When you talk about a valid SSL Certificate, do you mean it must be issued by a trusted CA?

Thanks

Antonio

Yes, the certificate needs to be trusted by the browser and full path needs to match the certificate.

Thanks: in my customer's environment we are going to use GeoAnalytics in an internet-blocked and https environment. Then connection to GeoAnalytics server must be through https, not http: this was the latest requirement to be provided.
