For one of our customer, we recently noticed that the default map is not loading properly. The client is using locally installed Geo analytics server in the same server as Qliksense. I tried accessing the Geo analytics admin console and performed some basic map testing. I have also checked the GA logs but couldn't find any errors. I am getting the error "ERR_ABORTED(THE URL is unknown)" from the browser's developer tools. We have not changed any configuration related to Qliksense or Geo Analytics server recently. Attached the error from the browser. Any guidance will be appreciated.
Installing GeoAnalytics Server on the same machine as the Sense server is not recommended. Valid proper signed certificates are needed that matches the url is required ofc.
