Error when trying to loading Esri shapefiles in GeoAnalytics

I'm trying to load shapefiles using the GeoAnalytics connector. The files are zipped on a SharePoint, and I'm using the direct download url (when I test by opening the url in a browser, the download starts immediately), but I get the following error:

Failed to process query: Failed to create dataset Dataset: failed to load [URL] Connection timed out: connect

Connector in "Cloud" option only works if the If the sharepoint url is public.

For internal urls, use QGA Plus or QGA Server.
