Geo Analytics -Getting Error Connecting to Map Server on Access point when using Chrome and Edge

QlikView Qlik GeoAnalytics 

We are using the following URLS for GeoAnalytics Maps for Stage and Production Access points:

Staging URL - https://ga-maps-qlik.ciostage.company.com

Production URL - https://ga-maps-qlik.company.com

In Map Settings Server URL, the Map were showing accurately till one month back , but now having issues on Chrome and Edge only.

On Internet Explorer the Map is working absolutely fine. We have cleared Cache etc still the issue persists on Chrome and Edge.  Can some one let us know whether there are any setting changes needed at QVW, QMC or server side to resolve the issue. We even reinstalled the Geoanalytics extentions

Hello,

did you check the network trace in chrome for any error messages in Edge and Chrome? IE is usually not that strict when it comes to cors limitations you might have enforced.

If you get an error you need to check that you dont upload sensitive information when attaching it into this forum. You might considering opening a case with Qlik product support instead.
