Hi,
My team is working on a project for a Bank, so the internet access is very restricted. When trying to add a GeoAnalytics Map we're getting Error 404 (Error Connecting to server).
We already request access for the following websites:
Once we got it, we were able to use the GeoAnalytics Connector. But the error 404 for map objects remains.
Is there any other website we need to request access for?
Thanks in advance & regards
Hi,
If you want to check the connection to the map server use this address: https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ravegeo/status
If a simple "ok" then you have a connection.
When applicable please mark the appropriate replies as CORRECT. This will help community members and Qlik Employees know which discussions have already been addressed and have a possible known solution. Please mark threads as HELPFUL if the provided solution is helpful to the problem, but does not necessarily solve the indicated problem. You can mark multiple threads as HELPFUL if you feel additional info is useful to others.

Hi,
Do you use https or http? Are you mixing http/https? I would recommend using a valid certificate on the server(s).
