GeoAnalytics Routes error

Hi,
i'm trying to use Routes but i always have this error when i set the params on the form
"Error Code"
"Unable to parse request"
"Error Message"
"could not find route service 'default'"

I Attached the parameters i use.
CustomerCity --> name city, code country (es Milano,IT)
WarehouseCity --> name city, code country (es Milano,IT)

Is this towards an on-premise QGA server or our cloud instance?

Is the QGA Server setup correctly, is the route service running? Enough memory allocated?
