Geographical location & Lat-Lon

Hi Folks, 

I am enrolled in a Student project about Spanish Wine, I'd like to visualize the D.O of wine along Spain as the picture I attached below.

I don't know how to do it, I tried many things. The thing would be replicate the same picture on my map. 

I wanted to share you all, for seeing if there is any chance to do it.
