How to Use India Map in GeoAnalytics

Hi, 

I want to use official map of India as per Indian govt and standards, it is different from International Map like many other countries with border issues. How can I implement this and it needs to load fast too.

Does GeoAnalytics support historical locations as well like change in name of places, if my data has older name and new name too will it work.
