I am trying to create a dashboard for recruitment process.For example if a project is looking for a profile with java skills then first an elastic search to be performed within an organization if the profile matches he/she should be given a job order.Otherwise elastic search is performed across organization.If there is no matching profiles across organization then hiring process should be done.This is what I am trying to do.Please help to do this.
