How to show the employees With in selected Zip code(Postal code)on 30 miles radius in Qlik Cloud

Can any one please suggest me the approach to show case the  employees in 30 miles radius with in Zip code in map based on the Zip code selection.

Much appreciate  if any one provide  quick solution.
