Is it possible to give credentials

Hi all

If I give username and password, the qlikview file which i want has to open. Is there any possible way to give credentials. Please help me out

in script-editor:

Insert -> Section Access -> Inline

and then a wizard should pop up helping to fill the required field.

Please use Uppercase-letters only.

Please do not forget to include yourself as ADMIN

Hi , I want this kind of login page in the main sheet of qlikview. how to do that??. any idea ..help me out

A pop-up window will show up automatically, if you choose the option with USERID (and PASSWORD).

Yeah I tried that one. But what i am asking is  I want to create a login page in the main sheet. Once I give the credentials it should go further to the next sheet.

Hi Priya,

think that this is not workable along with the security-standards in QV.

Of course you may construct a sheet with input-boxes. Only, if the entry meets certain criteria (e.g. name & pw) you may show other sheets.
