Looking for polygons subcontinent

We are use Geoanalytics base with Qlikview.

Now I am searching for a file with the polygons of subcontinents (Cemtral Europe, North Europe etc)
As we don't have a license for Geoperations and don't use QlikSaas, I understand I cannot create these polygons myself.
