Map showing several geographies with the same value

Hi,

I am creating a map that contains State Information and a score associated with each state.

I have a filter option to choose the states I want to look at. However if states have the same numeric value for their selected feature they get both selected on the map.

For example, I chose Alabama, Alabama in our data set has the same score as Arizona and therefore they both get highlighted. How do I ensure only my selected state gets highlighted regardless of what other states' scores it matches?

The issue has been identified. Had to adjust data connection within the data model Viewer.
