Mapping on County FIPS Code

When using QlikSense GeoAnalytics and mapping an area layer, are you able to map based on county FIPS Code? I tried to map based on county name but there are gaps in the map probably due to differences in naming. If FIPS Code is not a viable way to map counties, is there a standardized list of county names that Qlik GeoAnalytics recognizes?
