Native background map missing upon export

Hi,

When trying to export a map in Qlik Sense only the points are being shown and the native background map is missing. The background is also missing when viewing in the server.

I tried resolving the issue using the steps outlined in this post: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000102777, but have had no luck.

Any ideas?

The Sense server needs internet access, specifically to https://maps.qlikcloud.com/

Thanks,

Patric

Hi Patric,

Thanks for your reply.

The server has access to the internet. Do I need to do anything special to the firewall rules for that URL not listed in https://support.qlik.com/articles/000102777? If you could please tell me what port is uses and whether I need to enable inbound and outbound traffic?

Also, what specific Qlik service requires internet access to  https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ ?

Like the article says it's the printing service that need access to https://maps.qlikcloud.com/. It's https traffic so port 443.

For sat imagery background also https://services.arcgisonline.com port 443.

Thanks,
Patric
