OpenStreetMaps on geoQlik: OpenstreetMaps upload problems

Hello Community:

I have problem to upload OpenStreetMaps on GeoQlik,

In fact few month ago it works perfectly (see Attached pict) where i can see elements like forest, valley, cities...

but now i have just a blank map.

anybody knows what is the problem? thanks
