Hi, I'm trying to set up Qlik GeoAnalytics, but I'm having trouble validating the license key. I configured the proxy used in our establishment by specifying it in the ServerSettings.xml file.
After restarting the service, I see a message confirming that the proxy is being used for license backend communication. However, when attempting to connect to the license server, it returns: "Connect timed out, retrying." I also checked the network traffic and noticed that it’s not actually using the proxy as configured.
