Weather Satellite WMS Layer

All,

I would like to create a Satellite WMS layer for my GeoAnalytics map. I have a working radar layer but would like to have a satellite layer also so that I could toggle between the two for clarity at times. Does anyone have a satellite layer they could share or help getting the correct URL for the layer. I have tried to no avail on several sites.

Example Sat layer from here:

https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap

Or sat_meteo_Imagery_time from here:

https://nowcoast.noaa.gov/help/#!section=wms-layer-ids

Track and intensity layer from there would also be highly desirable!

Thanks for the replies. I do use the NOAA Radar WMS layer, that is a really great resource! Patric, you had helped to figure that one out before. I had been looking to add satellite weather to give a "toggle" ability between radar and satellite in a hurricane app. I can not seem to get any of the WMS layers to work from that resource library, have tried in the past. I already create my own current and projected paths for storms but would be nice to have some of the resources in that library. Thanks again for the responses though!

Update here I was able to get the Sat Imagery from NOAA to work as WMS layer. Trying to pull one other layer now....

@Patric_Nordstrom

I have tried setting up the tropical cyclone tracking layer within this map:

https://nowcoast.noaa.gov/

I have this link working on normal base map:

https://nowcoast.noaa.gov/arcgis/services/nowcoast/wwa_meteocean_tropicalcyclones_trackintensityfcst...

I am very stuck on trying to get this to work on the QGA layer... any help?

Thanks,

Steven
