Hello everyone!
I have a map chart with an area layer that works fine and a chart layer on top of it:
Inside the chart layer I want to display a pie chart. To do so, I have a hierchy dimension. The thing is that no pie charts are displayed! However, when I use a simple dimension instead of the grouped one, the pie chart do appear. Any clue as to why this is happening?
This is the dimension in question:
As you can see, a normel hierarchy dimension...
I have tried, out of curiosity, to create a simple pie chart with the hierarchy dimension and the measure by itself and it works fine.. so maybe this is a bug in map objects?
I would try a compare with a pivot table instead to make sure the expression evaluates. The map is not equivalent to a pie chart as the it shows many pies across the point dimension.
Thanks,
Patric
